We look to swap and change leaders. Adjust and correct those we want to trust to guide us all.
As we shift our conception of community, our success will be in helping one another. All of us lending a hand. Individually and in groups. Through conversation and involvement.
A true leader would be the example. Would not consider themselves a leader. Would walk amongst everyone. Helping and listening and being the binding conversation that helps the people find their own collective way.
Why is this quest for a new face, the face that we call the leader, still the consuming thought of change?
